Lighting for Portrait Photography (Revised Edition) [Illustrated] (Paperback)

Great Book, Great Photo's the problem with most guidebooks I've seen is that they don't really explain how the photo was lit and the photos aren't actually very good. This book is different. The diagrams and explanations are very clear and easy to follow. The photos are all very contemporary and of a consistently high standard. I have found this book very useful and would highly recommend it.

Light: Science and Magic: An Introduction to Photographic Lighting

This book covers just about everthing you would want to know about light and exposure. The author describes very well how he sets up a subject and then aranges the lighting to get the right exposure and effect. The book covers a very wide ranging subject clearly and wiothout intimidation. Great.

Night and Low-light Photography: The Complete Guide

This is an excellent book for anyone considering breaking into Low-Light Photography  Inspiring to any level of photographer or cinematographer, it would be worth the price of admission for the photos alone, let alone for the wonderful flowing writing style that Lee Frost so casually but eloquently employs.

With the basic equipment and this book you will be amazed how stunning your photographs can be.
